We built the chicken coop from scratch and raised the chicks. We renovated this home with our own two hands as we lived in it. We grew our own herbs and veggies, we even had 5 myotonic goats! This home was our dream and where our son took his first steps. We loved it so much we refused to sell it despite the many offers from developers who wanted to tear down our woods for townhomes. Thus, we decided to open up our beautiful property to guests so that others could enjoy and love our home, our land, and our animals as much as we do. We do our best to use sustainable practices and minimize the impact on this gorgeous land, we hope you will do the same. You will always speak directly with us, the owners and caretakers of this property, never with a company or disinterested 3rd party. You will notice that this was our beloved home and not a business, with the many cozy and personal details you’ll find. We both work full-time jobs but will do our best to be available for you and ensure your stay is comfortable, fun, and most importantly, memorable. We promise not to impose a million rules or to-do lists because vacations should be about relaxing, not chores. All we ask is that you please respect our home, land, and animals.
